I agree with the previous reviewer who said this is a fabulous find and value. I have had my Uniden for two years now and have had absolutely no problems with it at all. Pros features, button locations, clarity, answering machine.
Cons none that i've discovered so far.

This phone has outstanding clarity, conveniently located buttons, and excellent features. the caller id is always clear, unlike other phones i have in the office (i.e., bellsouth, at&t, etc.), whereby parts of the lcd display faded with time. answering machine is clear and remotely accessible.
