Even though this is only a preview... better than nothing to read at all. Well... after having to send my STR-DE845 receiver back for the 4th time, I requested to have it exchanged with a new one. So since they dont produce them anymore, Sony was kind enough to exchange it for a BRAND NEW Sony...

Doesn't recognize full HD-audio from HDMI sources once you turn unit off then back .

Receiver sounds awesome, however if you turn if off and then back on it will only see LPCM 48 kz (stereo) input from all hdmi sources. This is annoying and totally inconceivably ignorant.
