This phone has outstanding clarity, conveniently located buttons, and excellent features. the caller id is always clear, unlike other phones i have in the office (i.e., bellsouth, at&t, etc.), whereby parts of the lcd display faded with time. answering machine is clear and remotely accessible. this phone has horrible static and I have called the company and they say nothing. I have always had panasonic they were great but the battery was always dieing this phone I can't even have a normal conversation with someone without saying WHAT ten times!!
