How the DS Lite Came to Be...

When the orignal Nintendo DS launched in 2004 it was met with more than a little skepticism. This was mainly due to the unorthodox features of the little handheld; it featured two screens, one of them being a touch screen. The system turned out to be a... Read full review »

Nintendo DS Lite: Fanciful, not Forgettable

bykjell1979 Sep 29, 2006
61 Helpfuls 62 Helpfuls Was this review helpful?
Pros decent selection of games, low price, wifi multiplayer, no need for lots of accessories
Cons lack of multiplayer games, slow hardware, some genres not well represented
Recommended it? Yes

Pros Amazing graphics
Smooth gameplay
Plenty of variety in games
Cons Not enough hard drive space to store much game data
Recommended it? Yes

The Xbox 360 is a wonderful system, but this version is not for anyone who expects to be playing a lot of online games or downloading content. The four gigabytes that are given fill up very quickly, and after that one would need to go out and purchase a separate hard drive for the console. The... Read full review »
