Pros Huge program selection, extremely intuitive controls, and DVD burning.
Cons Pricey; some will have some privacy issues with the company.

slow to replace broken unit

Pros tivo works fine
Cons DVD burner broken and takes too long to get unit replaced.
Recommended it? No

The Tivo functions fine, but the DVD recorder gives an internal error. After extensive conversations with Humax and troubleshooting, they tell me it is a defective unit. It will take 7-10 days for them to send me the replacement, and they are charging my credit card until they receive the returned... Read full review »
