I received the "Coby" unit today and the center speaker doesn't work, the DVD player has lines that move around the screen and the remote control battery cover falls off. And I tried several DVD's with the same result. I did the math of shipping it back for a replacement and if I have to pay the... Read full review »

Pros Price. DVD/MP3/JPG/CD/VCD playback. Sound quality. Digital audio outputs.
Cons very delicate and must be handled like a baby.
Recommended it? Yes

I bought this 3 months back but i think it's a decent buy.

i got it for less than the usual price at a popular retailer and the only thing that made me buy this is the price.

Pros Sound quality is good. Sony hardware, Good stuff for a decent price.
Cons designed for Bravia? auto format annoying not worth the trouble.
Recommended it? No

 I purchased this system based on Sony quality which I have always been satisfied with on other purchases in the past, and the price since I didn't really need an extravagant system for a basic living room setup.
