Pros Good quality, easy to set up and use.
Cons Needs low ambient light for best visual experience. Bulbs are quite expensive.
Recommended it? Yes

I purchased the PT-43LC14 on March 15, 2005. For ten and a half months it has been a great television. Today the lamp exploded. Designed life on the lamp is supposed to be 6000 hours. I purchased this TV 5/10/05. Today I called to have service on this TV for the 3rd time in 5 months! First time, 3 months after I bought it, problem was a defective bulb. 2nd time, 2 months later, the service tech didn't really determine the cause of the problem (push power, it flashes green 8...
