Pros Inexpensive and user friendly.
Cons Cartridges are a little on the expensive side, about $20 each.

The main problems with printers is that you never really know when they are going to start breaking down or if they may just up and quit on you. We have the HP 309A for 6 months since our old unit broke.  Copy and fax functions: 8 times out of 10 put more than two sheets in the hopper and you will have a jam; however, single sheets on the glass will also be prone to communication errors 9 times out of 10.  Faxing asks you to...
