I received this remote as a Xmas present and was elated.

I bought this remote to replace 5 single remotes.I had no problems programming anything except my Panasonic Home Theater.After trying all the codes with no suscess;I called the 800 number provided in the book.I don't think that the person on the other end of the line had any idea of what he was...
