Extremely satisfying speakers. Great soundstage and very dynamic. Well balanced neutral speakers. Great imaging. Very solidly built cabinets with good internal bracing.

Pros Excellent speaker for the money, extremely good looks, not noticeable with the grill on

These speakers are spectacular excellent imaging there are no "spots" where the cabinet vibrates and makes unwanted noise. Parts of music that you don't normally hear without headphones come alive to almost surprise you. The amount of bass coming out of these things is quite amazing, vibrating... Read full review »

Pros Powerful, Room Filling Bass Rumble, Auto Standby Feature, Fairly Compact Size.
Cons Not Suited for Large Rooms, May Be Sensitive To Power Surges.

As I have surround sound systems in several rooms of my home, I own quite a few subwoofers. Although I have purchased subs from different manufacturers, I have found that Yamaha subs give the biggest bang (or thump) for the buck.
