HANDSETS
Nice "quality" feel, well-weighted, very good sound quality, compared to phones I've seen lately. (But, still not up to the sound quality of phones from 20 years ago.)

This is undoubtedly the worst phone I have ever had to misfortune to own! Only one person can be on a call at the same time, (this rules out the grandparents talking to both kids at once).
