If you buy this and if you don't buy from an "authorized dealer" there is no support for this.  Don't count on getting any help from the manufacturer.  They will tell you it is discontinued and they won't support it any longer and send you to the dealer where you got it. Pros Easy to Use, Great Design, Intuitive
Cons Overpriced, Difficult Setup, Limited Text Space

I wanted to hide all of my equipment yet still be able to control all features and functions. In addition, it needed to be easy for my wife and visitors to operate without an instructions manual. So I needed a remote that supported RF (radio) mode and did not require direct line of site.
