If you buy this and if you don't buy from an "authorized dealer" there is no support for this.  Don't count on getting any help from the manufacturer.  They will tell you it is discontinued and they won't support it any longer and send you to the dealer where you got it. Pros good manual, large buttons, punch thru works, macros work, RF signal strong.
Cons heavy, thick profile, pre-programmed code method

I bought this as an open box item and it came without the DVD so I was forced to read the manual. I was relieved to see that the manual is straight-forward and well written. It could have given some more examples of macros and explained how to undo a punch-thru I'd set up, but overall, it was fine... Read full review »
