Pros Very flexible interface and maximum flexibility in programming the remote
Cons Software support so bad it cripples the product.
Recommended it? No

URC, the manufacturer, does not allow users to download software updates more recent than May 2007, unless the software is obtained from an "authorised" dealer. I purchased my remote on eBay. Obtaining a new or used remote from another user prevents you from obtaining the updated software and more... Read full review »

If you buy this and if you don't buy from an "authorized dealer" there is no support for this.  Don't count on getting any help from the manufacturer.  They will tell you it is discontinued and they won't support it any longer and send you to the dealer where you got it.
