Pros Everything about it works great, worx several funtions with the press of one button
Cons Never heard back from customer service on how to get a second Mrf200.
Recommended it? Yes

I recently purchased this remote due to all of my audio and video components being in cabinets. I had to open two different cabinet doors to watch a dvd. Now that the remote is set up, everything worx great. It took me about 8 hours though to hook everything up. I programed 4 remotes into the MX800... Read full review »

Pros A well designed remote easily programmable from your PC.
Cons Unreliable radio control component in my environment.
Recommended it? No

The concept of a programmable remote that goes thru walls or a cabinet was very appealing and so I bought one of these units. The product did not live up to my expectations. Pros Very flexible interface and maximum flexibility in programming the remote
Cons Software support so bad it cripples the product.
Recommended it? No

URC, the manufacturer, does not allow users to download software updates more recent than May 2007, unless the software is obtained from an "authorised" dealer. I purchased my remote on eBay. Obtaining a new or used remote from another user prevents you from obtaining the updated software and more... Read full review »
