Pros features, button locations, clarity, answering machine.
Cons none that i've discovered so far.

This phone has outstanding clarity, conveniently located buttons, and excellent features. the caller id is always clear, unlike other phones i have in the office (i.e., bellsouth, at&t, etc.), whereby parts of the lcd display faded with time. answering machine is clear and remotely accessible. Cons Non-subscribers to caller-ID can only store a measly 10 "speed-dial" numbers...
