Pros Simply a great set.
Cons The normal "cons" for this type of TV. Warm-up time, bulb life, SD quality.
Recommended it? Yes

Pros With relatively clean and unscratched screen parts this would be a decent unit.
Cons Terrible quality control and ultimately frustrating customer service.
Recommended it? No

I've had this unit for a little over 4 months now. The set arrived with some noticeable picture quality issues.

After several frustrating calls to Sony customer service, a non-certified but hastily approved yet qualified service technician paid a visit.
