Pros Attractive, nice sound, cool blue light
Cons Quit working right after warranty ran out.

We bought the Sony CFD - F10 for our son to listen to cds while he drums. He was very happy with it, he really liked the remote control. However, 14 months later, the cd function stopped working. Pros Price: A gift
Cons Lackluster bass; Small status display; big footprint
Recommended it? No

Disappointed in the bass response. Rather lackluster. Only bass control was "Mega" button.

LCD status display was too small and you needed to tilt it up to change it.

Kinda big footprint for its size.

Otherwise, it was OK.

Poor Quality - CD Player died after 18 months

Pros Nice looking, handy remote, AM/FM/CD/Tape player, decent sound.
Cons Died after 18 months of light use. No tone controls, line inputs or output jacks.
Recommended it? No

I bought the unit 18 months ago and keep it in my home office. It is only used for playing CDs for perhaps 2-3 hours a day and only for about the past 3 months has it been in use on a daily basis.

The sound quality was fair. It was fine for playing soft background music.
