I bought this alarm clock kind of on a whim... not realizing at the time the amount of features it has.

Cons Hard-to-find alarm reset button, so-so FM reception
Recommended it? Yes

I was looking to replace my AM-FM clock radio for three reasons: 1) I disliked waking up to DJ chatter, 2) I didn't like that the wake-up volume was the same as the listening volume, and 3) the volume was hard to adjust using the volume dial. Pros Features on paper: Aux IN, CD, alarms, compactness
Cons Features function: Poor volume, poor sound, poor controls
Recommended it? No

It is really said to see a great brand like Sony putting out such carp.

The radio looks good but that is about the only thing that is good about it. Every function, feature and knob are poorly designed, placed or have trouble functioning.
