Pros Sturdy construction, easy to follow on-screen menu
Cons no noticeable video improvements through HDMI, annoying pops from optical audio connection

I currently own DVP-NS975V unit which has been a good universal player except for its known firmware bugs (i.e. sudden tray-lock and very slow responses) in its earlier production run. Good-Great picture with HDMI but... Sony cheaped out a little for an ES piece. All the new silver ES pieces to this point had the new embossed SONY logo on the front panel which was very cool. This is the third DVD player and the second Blu-Ray player that I have owned. It is by far the best one for picture quality and convenience that I have experienced. The Sony BDP-S560 has many features, including:
-Full HD 1080p output
-Built-in Wi-Fi

Cons can't stream internet, so why wifi?  Walmart's return desk is filling up...

Yes, this is a sony, and yes, it is WiFi capable, however, it can't stream anything like netflix or yahoo video or youtube.  If it can't do it, then why promote it is Wifi capable?  Very deceiving if you ask me.  That is why I took mine back on got the 460 model that doesn't do Wifi,...
