Pros Excellent sound quality and materials - very good at keeping noise out. Great warranty.
Cons Spendy, replacement foam tips are offensively priced. Durability.
Recommended it? Yes

I travel a fair amount and have tried a variety of products including in ear, over ear, ear bud, and noise cancelling. Pros Sound and noise canceling functions are great.
Cons Malfunction of the left ear piece failing to produce sound after one year of use.
Recommended it? Yes

I've had my E3Cs for exactly a year, and the sound and noise cancellation has been excellent. I have worn these earphones on very noisy airplanes, used them while mowing grass, and in other noisy situation, and am amazed at how well the noise canceling function works. Pros Great Noise Cancellation, Quality is acceptable, No need to crank up the volume
Cons Safety Issue when used in street, May feel uncomfortable for some

I own a Shure for 3 years now. First started with the older Shure model and got a replacement SE115 once the old one broke, thanks to the 2 year warranty.
