Pros Very thin, wall mountable, unique design!
Cons Can not stack this unit, and it's too wide for standard rack with loading drawer!
Recommended it? Yes

I suppose as consumers, we all get used to various products. Refrigerators are tall and rectangle, ovens are sort of square, microwaves are rectangles, and BluRay players are those rectangular boxes!

Pros Expensive looks, high speed, and wifi enabled
Cons Doomed only if accidentally upgraded.

I guess it's about a year, or closing in, on the purchase of this unit.  I checked a lot of reviews when it was first introduced and the consensus was fabulous BUT DON'T UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE! I rec. one of these as a gift in Dec of 2009 from my wife.  When it works, it produces a great picture on our HD TV.  The problem is that some popular Blu-ray discs would not play on this player and I had to download and install new firmware from Sharp to get it to work even though the device was...
