Pros Light and comfortable. You'll forget you have it on.
Cons Purchase of optional handset lifter is a must for remote answering.
Recommended it? Yes

As a purchasing agent, I am always on the phone and on hold checking and placing orders. I needed a headset. The Plantronics CS50 was honestly the only cordless headset in our office supply catalog. Pros One button does everything, light, long battery life
Cons Piece that goes in ear takes some getting used to, can't pair with 2 devices

This is my second bluetooth headset. My first the removable earloops all broke and I decided to replace the entire headset after looking everywhere for the earloops. I must say that this headset so far is a huge improvement.
