Pros Intuitive operation and Large Touch Screen Display
Cons Expensive, can be confusing, set-up is time consuming, battery life should be much better

I really like the idea of eliminating all the typical Remote Control clutter with a single unit that can control all A/V-Media components, although I am not really a universal remote control sort of guy.
