A Fine Phone for Finicky Folks

Pros Full featured 5.8 GHz Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum phone.
Cons Phone volume erratic after a few months of use, due to premature battery failure.
Recommended it? Yes

Update 1/20/07 Battery failure after about six months. OEM replacement costs around $18. Found an AT&T branded battery for $10. Pros The phone has some good features.
Cons Poor customer service. Leave you on hold 15 minutes/no apology.

In 2006 I purchased a Panasonic KX-TG5621S cordless phone that has many good features. We replaced the original battery and both batteries had a long life.
