When Olympus claims its Stylus 770SW is the “world’s most durable camera,” it means it. It can be dropped from up to five feet, be immersed underwater down to 33 feet, withstand temperatures as cold as -10 degrees Celsius, and support up to 220lbs of pressure, all without breaking a sweat. While the Olympus Stylus 770SW is obviously great for hikers and adventurers, its solid build also makes it the perfect camera for younger, more accident-prone users. Less

I've had this camera for almost a year. My husband broke my old one before Easter and I knew I needed a new one before that photo op. How he broke it, I do not know. I think he sat on it and the lens cracked because when you turn it on, there was a weird black-lined leaf-like pattern on the... Read full review »

A Big Disappointment

Pros Waterproof, Shockproof, Durable, Good Warranty
Cons Poor image quality, unintuitive user interface, complicated menus

This is marketed as a rough and tough go-anywhere 7.1 mp compact digital camera. Compact and rough it is, but it lacks the picture quality that I have come to expect from Olympus, more on that later!

The Packaging

Olympus, like many other camera manufacturers are slimming down... Read full review »

I'm not a professional photographer and don't have any more cameras. But I used some(parents', friends' etc..) before. I found that this is nice. High quality of construction and great pictures are result of this product price. I bought it in *** for $330. This price is true for this camera. Even... Read full review »

Overall pretty satisfied with this camera

Pros Easy to Use, Excellent Picture Quality, Lightweight
Cons No flash adjustments

For me, this camera was purchased as a secondary camera. I already own a heftier DSLR, but wanted a simple point-and-shoot to have more as a carry-along for everyday use. After doing some reviews, I found that this camera seemed to meet all of the criteria I needed.

-The 12 mega pixels... Read full review »
