Pros 1 GB memory, long recording time, excellent sound and playback.
Cons Lightweight, flimsy construction, slow scrolling of MP3 tags. No protective case.
Recommended it? Yes

This is a great product, overall. I've owned Olympus and Sony voice recorders, and am extremely satisfied with this latest offering from Olympus.

Pros Great sound quality and VERY easy to understand how to use.
Cons Built in usb port could possibly get bent if bumped while plugged in.

This is a great recorder AND mp3 player. I bought it for recording, but after putting a few mp3's on it, I am blown away by how well it sounds with headphones.
