Pros Clear connection. Works nicely. Lightweight. Volume controls on the headset.
Cons Boom can pivot from your mouth, forcing head tilt to talk.

On a positive note, this set was easy to use and I had no problems hearing out of it. However, compared to other designs, I found it very bulky and heavy.
