Overview: the screen is very pretty, the keypad is large enough to be usable, and the call clarity is quite high. However, the web browser is slow and incredibly buggy, the processor is sluggish, and the voice recorder is too easy to trigger. This review is based on two months of very heavy use...

4 reboots, and 2 locks that needed battery removal to clear in 1 week.

I liked the form factor of the E62 and at $100 after a rebate from Cingular, I bit. I used the phone for 1 week and went on a 2 day business trip with it. Whatever else works or does not, the fact that it rebooted twice while I was on calls made it WORTHLESS - the screen just goes to the NOKIA...
