Pros Good quality pictures, Long battery life, Low price
Cons Uses expensive Memory Stick media
Recommended it? Yes

It's not everyday that I'm impressed with a particular digital camera. In fact, I come across several digital cameras monthly due to the nature of my hobby. Last month, I worked with the DSC-W50 to photograph some cars for a local automobile dealer. Having already worked with the DSC-W30, I wasn't... Read full review »

Pros Better than it's more expensive predecessors. Fixes key faults.
Cons Television real-estate hucksters. Camera? No cons, really. Good value for price.
Recommended it? Yes

Pros Like the great Nikon D80 but incrementally better in many areas.
Cons Video mode is a little buggy and requires manual focus.

UPDATE 11/26/2009: I've owned this camera for over a year now, and I can only say that I'm still thrilled by it. My friend recently told me that I took the best photos at his wedding among the many people there with all sorts of high-powered digital cameras.  I credit this in part to luck (of...
