Does not flip closed, screen gets smudged easily, ringer volume not easily changed.

This phone is great for people who just want a phone, not a tiny computer. Every now and again, the software on the phone tends to freeze up, but is easily remedied by turning the phone off and then back on. I am a klutz and often drop my phone, and this phone really stands up to that.
