When a call comes into your phone, you can turn on and answer the phone at the same time just by unfolding the microphone boom. You can end the call and turn it off by removing the headset and re-folding it. I picked this headset up to use when one of my others went out on me. i was waiting for another set to come in the mail. Meantime this set was affordable enough for me to pick up to use while waiting. Clear sound and good mic preformance. Worth the money.
