I won't say that the picture quality is excellant but it is good enough .I have been using this webcam since the last 3 years and it is fine enough with Windows XP, Windows 2000 or even windows 98. This webcam turned out to be a lot better than the built-in one our laptop that had previously died. Our family reported a much better piture quality!  It was very easy to use - just plugged it right in and it worked.  Sometimes it does fall down easily if bumped. Read full review »
