Pros Sound quality. Earpiece design and fit. Price.
Cons Possible problem if you move or touch the volume control while using.
Recommended it? Yes

I loved the design of this and the way it didn't cause a problem when wearing glasses like other headsets do, but people on the other end complained that there was a rustling sound whenever I moved the slightest or touched the volume control. Pros Light and comfortable. You'll forget you have it on.
Cons Purchase of optional handset lifter is a must for remote answering.
Recommended it? Yes

As a purchasing agent, I am always on the phone and on hold checking and placing orders. I needed a headset. The Plantronics CS50 was honestly the only cordless headset in our office supply catalog. It's pricey at $299, however you have to purchase the "optional" handset lifter to operate it... Read full review »
