Pros Light and comfortable. You'll forget you have it on.
Cons Purchase of optional handset lifter is a must for remote answering.
Recommended it? Yes

As a purchasing agent, I am always on the phone and on hold checking and placing orders. I needed a headset. The Plantronics CS50 was honestly the only cordless headset in our office supply catalog. Pros Comfortable, Good Noise Reduction, Good Sound Quality on Speakers and Microphone
Cons Speakers can separate from the headband if tightly packed in a suitcase.
