If you buy this and if you don't buy from an "authorized dealer" there is no support for this.  Don't count on getting any help from the manufacturer.  They will tell you it is discontinued and they won't support it any longer and send you to the dealer where you got it. When I received my free Harmony One Universal Remote Control, made by Logitech, I was thrilled. I am a member of an online rewards program, and received this $250 remote absolutely free! I had no idea this universal remote would be so different from the cheap $20 types I have used in the past.

Pros quick setup, fairly easy to use (way easier than figuring out 4 remotes!)
Cons expensive, may not have everything set up perfectly the first time
