When I received my free Harmony One Universal Remote Control, made by Logitech, I was thrilled. I am a member of an online rewards program, and received this $250 remote absolutely free! I had no idea this universal remote would be so different from the cheap $20 types I have used in the past.

Pros quick setup, fairly easy to use (way easier than figuring out 4 remotes!)
Cons expensive, may not have everything set up perfectly the first time
Recommended it? Yes

My husband and I recently finished most of our basement to create a space in this small house where we can entertain more than three people at a time.  Of course, this was the perfect opportunity for him to finally buy a huge plasma TV, Blu-Ray player, surround sound system, etc. and also sign up... Cons No backlight for Activity buttons<br>Only controls 5 devices
