Pros Once programmed, it can make even complicated AV setups easy to use.
Cons Programming and help screens can be ponderous, and the remote doesn't always work...

I proudly have numerous remote controls on display in my den. My wife, however, does not share my pride -- she finds the collection to be annoying.
