Pros Looks great, works good, easy config, fast reboot
Cons NO Linksys support what so ever.
Recommended it? Yes

We installed a building with SPA942's and spa 962
one spa 962 died on provisioning/configuring.

Just died. We took it back to our wholesaler, who ordered a new one. Took about a month to say linksys mexico did not have them and would take about another month.
