The Model 4411 works in all 802.11n, 802.11g, 802.11b and mixed networks. Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM and WMM-PS) provide Quality of Service (QoS) features to prioritize traffic according to four Access Categories (AC) - voice, video, best effort, and background. Security is provided with WPA, WPA2 , WEP and 802.1X high-level WAN security. WPS (WiFi Protected Security) is supported for easy security setup. My wife bought the Linksys WMP54G wireless adapter and it went into my son's Dell running Windows XP, which is five years old or so. Linksys says it has a rangemark of 1x and a speedmark of 1x on the box, meaning this is a run-of-the-mill product for them, nothing fancy. You need a 500mhz...
