Incredibly Low-Priced Phone Service with Adequate Quality

Pros Cost-per-call, no connection fees, battery life, loads of features!
Cons Phone Price, Requires a PC, cannot use multiple handsets on one base.
Recommended it? Yes

I have used both Skype and Yahoo voice-over-IP (VoIP) service and even though I believe Skype has a leg-up on quality of service, Yahoo definitely wins in the overall cost area.

Pros Skype as your home phone, appealing design
Cons Setup at first challenging - Linksys expects quite a bit from users!
