Cheap, light, comfortable, excellent sound, good impedance and volume with portable gear

Not as sound-insulating as in-ear or enclosed headphones

Yes
I have quite a few headphones, but mostly use the Sennheiser HD202 or Creative EP-640 (when I need sound insulation) and prefer the Koss KSC75 most of the time. I use the headphones with my iPod as well as with a portable CD player and with my Panasonic XR57 receiver.

I own a Shure for 3 years now. First started with the older Shure model and got a replacement SE115 once the old one broke, thanks to the 2 year warranty.
