Pros comfort, small, light, good NR, standard AAA battery, nice case, price
Cons not as much noise reduction as some models

After getting a set of Sony MDR-NC6 headphones from a rewards program and being disappointed in them, I decided to investigate better quality noise canceling headphones.  If the technology really worked and it could make airline travel more pleasant, then it would be worth it.  I've given up on... Pros Great sound, excellent midrange and highs. Low price.
Cons Response curve isn't flat. Hard to find locally. Not enough bass for some.
Recommended it? Yes

I'm not an audiophile by any means, but I'm more picky than the average person when it comes to sound -- I can't stand most laptop speakers (I don't know how kids can stand blasting music from their laptops), and I was so disappointed with the sound from my LCD TV I totally disabled the speakers...
