Pros Fast, quiet and reliable. LightScribe enabled.
Cons Minor design concern that does not inhibit performance.
Recommended it? Yes

For over a year and a half I have been using my Sony DW-DR22A as my primary optical drive for burning CDs, DVDs and reading optical storage. It worked great until lately, now it doesn't want to burn DVDs anymore. It will still burn CDs and read all optical discs but it won't burn DVDs. So I robbed... Read full review »

Pros When it works, it creates awesome lightscribe labels; still burns DVDs and cds; Good...
Cons Very sporadic and strange; stupid "communication" error!!!
