Pros Great grip. Feels very solid, and is quite responsive.
Cons May need tweaking, D-pad is lackluster and not at all acceptable.
Recommended it? Yes

I've seen a number of unflattering reviews for this pad, but after a bit of tweaking with the latest version of their Xperience software it works great for me.

Pros:
-Very solid, feels good in your hands.

Pros Simple, light, and good amount of buttons, righty and lefty suitable

I got this at Best Buy about a 16 months ago and still works good. Its a good price and a fairly decent joystick. I use for use in a flight simulator.
