Pros Great grip. Feels very solid, and is quite responsive.
Cons May need tweaking, D-pad is lackluster and not at all acceptable.
Recommended it? Yes

I've seen a number of unflattering reviews for this pad, but after a bit of tweaking with the latest version of their Xperience software it works great for me.

Pros:
-Very solid, feels good in your hands.
-Everything works.

Pros Can be used on various home computer platforms, base is stable, ergonomic handle
Cons None, but you have to memorize the function buttons

Pros Good features, good button locations (right handed only though).
Cons Unacceptable lack of precision for flight simulation.
Recommended it? No

I bought the joystick for flight simulation and was quite disappointed. On the good side, it has more buttons than my MS Precision Pro and it has force feedback, which is a nice feature.
