Cons Quality? stopped working after one month (still on hold with tech support).

I have had the phone system for about 1 month. This morning I can receive calls (they ring) but I cannot answer. I also cannot get a dial tone. I have several of the RCA H5450RE3 hand sets which work with the RCA 25450RE3 base station. I believe that the product is good.
