Pros a big flashy "show off" printer, seems to do everything you need.
Cons too many cartridges (high price), not reliable, too slow.
Recommended it? No

Decent machine for home printing

Pros Good photo printing, prints from memory card, acts as a card reader.
Cons Big footprint, paper feed jams more frequently than usual.
Recommended it? Yes

The RX500, overall, is a decent machine for home printing. I have purchased this printer a year ago, and thus far have had minimal problems with it. The ink management of this machine is comparable to other all-in-ones.
