Pros Simple controls, simple connections, small footprint, very inexpensive
Cons Mediocre (at best) sound, reproduces LOTS of interference

The Cyber Acoustics CA-2016 speakers are a small set of speakers intended for use with a personal computer of some kind (they don't care whether you're a Mac or PC, as long as there's a headphone jack and a USB port), and with a low pricepoint and small footprint they're not exactly geared towards... Pros small size, USB power required only, they have a headset outlet on the front, CHEAP!
Cons Sound has little or no bass (limited frequency range).
Recommended it? Yes

Look you get what you pay for, so you can't expect a lot from these. Having said that, if you are looking for inexpensive speakers so that you can work around your room with some music, and to play games where you are not interested in a "full immersion experience," then this is for you. Pros Nice sound quality.  USB powered.  Compact, sleek design and look.
Cons Short USB and integrated cables. Buttons will not fuction with all players.

I just picked up a pair of Logitech V20 Notebook Speakers on a recent treasure hunt at our local Circuit City which is scheduled to close with the remaining outlets some time in March.  No surprise to me, the deals were few and far between as is usually the case with "Going Out Of Business" sales. ... Pros Small & portable with carrying case. Good option for travel speakers.
Cons Speaker wires not long enough. Sound output not good enough.
Recommended it? Yes

I didn't like the built-in speakers on my new 22" Sony Vaio Desk Top. So thought I'd try these V20's out.

Hook-up was easy just plugged into back USB port. No software adjustments required (in most cases). Nice easy to use & stable fold out speaker stands.
