Pros Decent range, an impressive array of features, ease of use and oh yeh, cool styling!
Cons Vtech had an almost perfect phone, but ruined it with a lousy battery.
Recommended it? Yes

My first experience with this phone was when Bellsouth sent one with their logo on it. When I received my first bill for it, it promptly was returned as they had told me the phone was "just $30" not 6 (yes, 6) installments of $30!! Installments?!! On a phone?

We have had 3 of these phones (1 base 2 expansion) for under 3 years.  Purchased them at Best Buy in Canada.  They have all lost their ability to communicate with the base and now cannot be used.  The customer support at VTECH is horrible - and they can do nothing other than tell you to purchase...
